- Processing Time: 2–3 weeks.

- Zezwolenie (Permit): Voivodeship Invitation.
- Purpose: Used to apply for a D 06 visa for long-term employment.

- Note: Issued and certified by the Voivode (regional governor), this document is essential for regular employment not classified as seasonal work.
