According to the amendments to the law of Ukraine, that was adopted on March 1:
The visa fee rate for $65 US dollars is charged for visa type B, C, D by foreign diplomatic institutions of Ukraine, unless otherwise provided by international treaties of Ukraine. Urgent visa or registration in non working time visa fee charged at a double rate.
If visa is applied at checkpoints through the state border, visa fee is charged in amount of 150 non-taxable minimum incomes. Double tariff rate consular fee does not apply.
