Odesa resident has created powerful solar energy collectors

A new crowdfunding campaign has started on the platform Na-Starte to raise the funds for a manufacturing of solar energy collectors. The collector, developed by Odesa resident Vadim Pavlovskiy, is powerful enough to heat water and provide heating to buildings up to 100 square meters in size. According to the developer, his creation is two times cheaper in comparison to its analogues and covers the expenses during both summer and winter.
The system can be used for heating and provision of hot water supply to houses, hotels, cafes, restaurants, as well as heating up water in the pools and greenhouses. Ukrainian system consisting of 24 solar concentrators (six blocks and four tubes) can generate up to 95 kilowatts/day in summer and up to 50 kilowatts/day in winter. Other benefits of new solar energy collectors include autonomy of the system, durability, and it also weighs less in comparison to other collectors on the market, thus significantly reducing the pressure on the rooftop. At the moment, Vadim Pavlovskiy possesses a prototype created using the means available at his house, and he requires the funding to create an industrial model and set up the website displaying new solar energy collectors.
