TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Most opportunities cater to unskilled roles that do not require prior experience. However, candidates with specific skills or work experience may qualify for specialized roles with higher pay.

Hourly rate depends on the qualification:

  • €4 – €6 (on average, for unskilled roles like farming, sorting, packaging, cleaning, etc.);
  • €6 – €8 (on average, for skilled roles such as technicians, electricians, construction workers, drivers, etc.)
Monthly salary: €800 – €1200
Accommodation: €50 – €80 per month (shared apartments with 2-3 people per room)
Many jobs offer free meals and transportation.
Visa duration: 9 months. Extensions may be possible, depending on the employer and job role.

Post-Approval Process

Once the seasonal work permit is approved, the next step is to apply for a visa for seasonal work. DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED:
To proceed further with your application, please provide the following information and documents.

  • CV: Detailed resume highlighting your education, skills, and work experience.
  • Residential Address and Phone Number: For communication & correspondence purposes.
  • Passport Copy: Scan of first two pages, issued within 10 years, valid 6+ months beyond visa.
  • Proof of Experience (if applicable): Documents like reference letters or contracts verifying your past roles.
  • Professional Documents (if applicable): Certified copies of diplomas, certificates, or licenses proving your skills.

Providing accurate and complete information is crucial for processing your application promptly and efficiently.

RESIDENCE PERMIT PROCESS
  • Eligibility: If you wish to extend your stay in Poland beyond the validity of your seasonal work visa, you can apply for a temporary residence permit. This is particularly relevant if your employment continues or you have other reasons to remain in Poland.
  • Application Process: Submit your application in person to the local Voivodeship Office (Urząd Wojewódzki) before your current visa expires. Ensure you provide all necessary documents, including proof of employment, health insurance, and accommodation.
  • Duration: The temporary residence permit can be granted for a period longer than your initial visa, up to a maximum of three years, depending on the purpose of your stay and the supporting documentation provided.
  • Timely Application: It’s crucial to apply for the temporary residence permit before your current visa expires to maintain legal status in Poland.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure all applications and documents are accurate and submitted within the specified timelines to comply with Polish immigration laws.
